What is Health Coaching?

Health Coaches specialise in behaviour change, supporting clients in finding their own strategies and motivation for change, overcoming obstacles and implementing protocols that have either been prescribed by a clinician or that the client has chosen to implement on their own. Health Coaches empower their clients toward their personalised vision of optimum health and vitality.

Most of us intrinsically know what we need to do.  We know ourselves better than anyone knows us.  But sometimes it takes a professional coach to draw that inner wisdom out of us in order to gain traction and movement towards a brighter future that we design for ourselves.  It is the coach’s responsibility to ask powerful questions, challenge the internal dialogue and guide and support a client as they take small, measurable steps at a pace that is comfortable, achievable and that generates success.  Small successes create greater change.
