It’s never too early or too late to starting the prevention of falls in elderly people! As Rachel works with you, she improves your balance and cognition and she keeps your body moving at the pace that’s right for you.
Rachel offers workshops to the public, corporations, professional sports teams, teacher trainees and local sports clubs.
