Private yoga classes are the most effective way to learn yoga at a level uniquely tailored for you developing your strength, flexibility and overall sense of well being. I will teach you a practice that you can practice by yourself right from the very first lesson built on a foundation of breath. For the more advanced practitioner I am able to help you refine your practice and develop key strengthening work to help build your practice.
Through my own exploration of Ashtanga Yoga, other movement practices, study of anatomy and remedial massage therapy, I re-educate students with new movement patterns to prevent injury as well as help rehabilitate injuries that recur or don't heal. I can teach and assist you through your Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga practice or develop a gentle practice to suit you. Please call or e-mail to book a private lesson.
I teach classes than are explorative, fun and relaxing supported by the breath giving my clients a chance to prepare for the day ahead, clear their minds at lunch time to create space for the afternoon or to simply let go of the day that theyve just had.
