You quickly find out that Rachel is an extraordinary yoga teacher. Nothing escapes her and her teaching is all about giving you the knowledge as well as the technique to go about your practice safely. She is ambitious for you about what you are capable of, and she equips you to protect your body as you go further in your practice. Rachel is an authority on dealing with injuries and gave me the crucial adjustments and advice I needed to heal a hamstring injury through practising.

I wanted to let you know that I did Rachel's Ashtanga yoga class on Monday afternoon. It was great. Rachel is an intelligent, articulate woman. She delivers a confident class with a dry humour that had me chuckling. Both her knowledge of yoga and her ability to coach the group were excellent.
